JJHA Property Management

SMS Consent

Effective October 31, 2026

JJHA Property Management LLC sends text messages (SMS) only to people who agree to receive them. This page shows how that agreement is collected.

Who receives messages

The household's staff, the vendors who work with the household, and family members. Messages concern household scheduling, property access, deliveries, appointments, and paperwork reminders. We never send marketing.

Where consent is collected

Mobile numbers are entered in our private household application by the household's staff, with the person's permission. Beside every mobile number we may text is a consent box. It is not ticked by default, and no text is sent to a number whose box is not ticked. Its wording is:

☐ I agree to receive text messages from JJHA Property Management at the mobile number above about household scheduling, property access, deliveries, appointments, and paperwork reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment or of doing business with us.

Links shown beside the box: SMS Terms & Conditions · Privacy Policy

When the box is ticked, the application records the date and time, who recorded the consent, and the version of this wording. Unticking the box, or replying STOP, ends messages to that number.

The consent box as it appears in the application: unticked, labelled 'Agrees to texts at this mobile number', with the full consent wording beneath it and links to the SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The consent box in the application, shown as it appears by default: unticked.
